We have the experience. We are and have been the forerunner in gluten free oats for 15 years. We want to share our comprehensive know-how in oats and oat based applications to help you have the best possible product for your consumers.
Traceability and safety: We collaborate with our contract farmers and control our short and transparent supply chain to get you traceable and high quality oats. We source most of our oats from less than 100km radius from our mill.
Arctic origin. In Finland oats are sustainably grown in optimal agro-climatic conditions. The purest air and water, good varieties and skilled farmers yield highest quality products.

All types of oats are available as different sized flakes, groats, flours and bran. We will help you choose the perfect ingredient for your product.

Oats have balanced nutritional content. Oats are high in fibre, good source of protein and contain high quality carbohydrates and fatty acids. Oats contain also plenty of vitamins and minerals making oats valuable addition to anyone’s diet.
Oats contain a special soluble fibre component –beta glucan.
This oat fibre is the primary reason for the multitude of health benefits oats provide. Beta-glucan in oats help to lower cholesterol, maintain a normal healthy digestive system and balance blood sugar level slowly releasing energy to keep you going*. These are EU approved health claims that can be used in marketing your product when the amount of beta-glucan is high enough.
Oats are free from allergens and naturally gluten-free. Oats are however easily cross-contaminated by other cereals so this has to prevented by special practises along the whole supply chain.
Oats bring real nutritional value, variety and taste to gluten-free diets. A gluten-free diet can lack good quality carbohydrates, fibre and micronutrients. The cereal highest in fibre and suitable for coeliacs is oats.
Oats have thousand-year long traditions. Oats compare favourably not only to other grains, but also to other crops and food ingredients. There are no negative perceptions related to oats and their health and sustainability credentials are extremely positive.
Oats are incredibly versitile. Oats fit to all kinds of foods and brands to meet modern consumer needs. Their mild and pleasant taste is a hit with almost all consumers and is perfect for snacking or any meal of the day.
*Oat beta-glucan has been shown to lower/reduce blood cholesterol. High cholesterol is a risk factor in the development of coronary heart disease. Consumption of beta-glucans from oats as part of a meal contributes to the reduction of the blood glucose rise after that meal. Oat grain fibre contributes to an increase in faecal bulk.
